with California CARB regulations.
However, we are required by California Law to provide the following disclosure
statement in every product sold in California.
”This equipment is prohibited from use in California with any refrigerants on the
’List of Prohibited Substances’ for that specific end-use, in accordance with
California Code of Regulations, title 17, section 95374. This disclosure statement
has been reviewed and approved by Felix Storch, Inc. and Felix Storch, Inc.
attests, under penalty of perjury, that these statements are true and accurate.”

household waste. For proper treatment, recovery and recycling of old products and
used batteries, please take them to applicable collection points, in accordance with
your national legislation.
By disposing of the product and batteries correctly, you will help to save valuable
resources and prevent any potential negative effects on human health and the
environment which could otherwise arise from inappropriate waste handling.
For more information about collection and recycling of old products and batteries,
please contact your local municipality, your waste disposal service or the point of sale
where you purchased the items.
Penalties may be applicable for incorrect disposal of this waste, in accordance with
national legislation.
