WELCOME TO SULTRA!
Please take a minute to register your tool at Sultra.com. You must register your
new tool within 21 days of the date of purchase to activate the two-year warranty.
Registering your tool allows you to activate your two-year manufacturer’s warranty
and authenticate your tool!

1. NOTE: This item has been built to U.S. electronics specifications and may need an
adaptor to be used in countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
2. For flat irons and curling irons, When the LED light remains constant, the optimal
temperature has been achieved and the iron is ready for use.
3. Auto Shut-Off — if your curling or flat has not been used for 30 minutes, the
heaters turn off and the iron will cool down. However, it remains connected to the
power supply and is not actually switched off. To
reactivate the iron, simply reset using the ON/OFF switch.
4. Do not use if plug is loose in the outlet as there may be risk of fire, electric shock,
electrical shortage or burning.
5. Do not use this appliance near water in bathtubs, basins, or any other vessel.
6. Always turn the tool off and disconnect from the power supply when not in use.
FAILURE TO OPERATE
To check that the tool is operating correctly, slide the ON/OFF switch to the OFF
position and then check to see that the power supply is present. If so, slide the
ON/OFF switch to the ON position.
If your home has a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI), check the circuit by
pushing the test button and then the reset button.
If in doubt, consult an electrician or the retailer where you purchased the tool. Or

SERVICING OF DOUBLE-INSULATED APPLIANCES. In a double-insulated appliance,
two systems of insulation are provided instead of grounding. No grounding means is

to the appliance. Servicing a double-insulated appliance requires extreme care and
knowledge of the system and should be done only by qualified service personnel.
Replacement parts for a double-insulated appliance must be identical to the parts
