Manual stress measurement
In the Stress app, tap to manually measure your stress.
Breathing relaxation
High stress values usually change slowly. When stress values remain above 80 for over 10
minutes, the measurement button will be replaced with a button for redirecting to the Breath app.
Tap it to start adjusting your breath to relieve stress. See the
Breath app for more details.
