COOKING TIPS
1. Don't overfill the basket, as this can cause food to cook unevenly.
2. Before cooking, pat wet or marinated foods with a dry paper towel before air frying.
3. To help make food crispier, brush or spray a small amount of cooking oil on it before air
frying.
4. Remember to shake or flip food if necessary.
5. Check the food while it is air frying. The basket can be removed at anytime, and the unit
will pause cooking automatically if it is removed. Once the basket is put back into the air
fryer, the air fryer will resume cooking.
6. The cooking time and temperature can be adjusted as needed during the cooking cycle.
Just press the 'Temp/Time' button and use the '+' or '-' buttons as needed.
7. To convert recipes from a conventional oven, a general rule is to reduce the temperature
by 25°F, and cook time by 20%.
WARNING: ALWAYS check the internal temperature of meats before consuming. It is
recommended to use an instant read meat thermometer periodically to check the temperature
of the food. Once cooking is complete and the correct temperature is reached, remove the
food items immediately to avoid overcooking.
