5. Product Maintenance
Warning: Before cleaning or maintaining the product, be sure to remove the
treadmill’s power plug.
Cleaning: Full cleaning will extend the life of the treadmill.
Regularly remove dust to keep parts clean. Be sure to clean the exposed parts of
both sides of the running belt, which will reduce the accumulation of impurities
under the running belt. Make sure the trainers are clean and avoid wearing
foreign objects into the running belt and running belts. The surface of the running
belt must be scrubbed with a damp, soapy cloth. Be careful not to spill water on
the electrical components and underneath the running belt.
Warning: Be sure to remove the power plug of the treadmill before moving the
front guard. Open the front guard at least once a year to clean the motor
vacuum
Running Belts and Running Lubricants
This electric treadmill has been pre-lubricated between the running plate and the
running belt. The friction between the running belt and the running plate has a
great inuence on the service life and performance of the electric treadmill.
Therefore, it must be regularly lubricated. We recommend regular inspection of
the board. If the board is damaged, please contact our customer service center.
We recommend to lubricate the treadmill between the running belt and the
running board according to the following schedule:
Lightweight users (less than 3 hours per week) Once every 1 month;
Heavyweight users (more than 7 hours per week) once every two weeks.
1In order to better maintain your treadmill and extend the life of the machine,
we recommend that you turn o the power and allow the machine to rest for
10 minutes after 2 hours of continuous use.
2If the running belt is too loose, there will be slippage when running; if it is too
tight, over-tightening may reduce the performance of the motor and increase
the wear of the roller and running belt. When the running belt is appropriate,
the walking belt can be lifted from the running board about 50-75mm by hand.
