Three Year Limited Warranty

DEWALT will repair or replace, without charge, any defects

due to faulty materials or workmanship for three years

from the date of purchase (two years for batteries). This

warranty does not cover part failure due to normal wear

or tool abuse. For further detail of warranty coverage and

call 1-800-4-DEWALT (1-800-433-9258). This warranty does

not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs

have been made or attempted by others. THIS LIMITED

WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, INCLUDING

THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND EXCLUDES

ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some

states do not allow limitations on how long an implied

warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental

or consequential damages, so these limitations may not

apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights

and you may have other rights which vary in certain states

orprovinces.

DEWALT will maintain the tool and replace worn parts

caused by normal use, for free, any time during the first year

afterpurchase.

DEWALT Dust Extractor Vacuums (DCV585) are manufactured in compliance with Underwriters Laboratories

(UL) 1017 and Canadian Standards Association (CSA) C22.2 No. 243-01Standards.

These vacuums also meet the requirements of a HEPA vacuum as defined in the United States Environmental

Protection Agency's (EPA) Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule (40 CFR Part 745) when used with the

DC5151H HEPAfilter.

The DC5151H HEPA filter has been evaluated per IEST-RP-CC001.5,7.2 by an independent third party and

confirmed that the filter is capable of capturing particles of 0.3 microns with 99.97%efficiency.
