Rear-Facing
REAR OF VEHICLE
The child restraint MUST be in the recline position for
rear-facing use. Child MUST weigh 2.3 – 18 kg (5 – 40
lbs). If the level arrow is not parallel to the ground, use a
tightly rolled towel or small blanket

IMPORTANT: Infants may have difficulty breathing when
in an upright seated position. Make sure they recline
enough for their head to lie back comfortably and safely.
Failure to properly recline the child restraint could increase
the child’s risk of serious injury or death.
