To do a check of the transmission oil
level
1.
Remove the two screws, one on each side, and lift
off the transmission cover.
2. Make sure that the oil level in the transmission oil
tank is between the two horizontal lines on the tank.
3. Fill with engine oil if the oil level is below the lower
line, but do not fill above the top line. See
Technical
data on page 34
for recommended oil for RC 318T
and RC 320Ts AWD. RC 320Ts AWD must have a
synthetic oil.
To lubricate the belt adjuster
The belt adjuster must be lubricated regularly with a
good quality molybdenum disulphide grease.
1.
Remove the 2 screws that hold the belt shield and lift
it off.
2. Lubricate with a grease gun, 1 nipple from the right
side below the lower belt pulley, until grease is
forced out.
3. Attach the belt shield and tighten the 2 screws.
