9. Attach Tether Hook
Extend the tether by
lifting up on the tether
lock and attach.
Consult vehicle’s owner manual for
specific location.
Press down firmly in the center of the car
seat while tightening the lower anchor
strap
to remove all the slack
.
If there is slack, pull on the lower anchor
strap and repeat step 8.
