5. Place Car Seat Rear-Facing
in Back Seat of the Vehicle
Place rear-facing in vehicle seat and
center the car seat between the lower
anchors. The base should sit as flat as
possible on the vehicle seat.
6. Make Sure Base is a minimum of
80% on Vehicle Seat.
7. Check the Level Indicator
Vehicle MUST be on level ground. Ball
must be completely in the blue area.
Readjust the recline if needed.
For infants 3 months and under, the ball
must be entirely in the light blue area.
If needed, rolled towels may be placed
under the car seat at the vehicle seat
crease, until the ball is completely in the
blue area.
