1. Do not cut the sheets thicker than stipulated thickness.
2. Do not use the tool beyond the operating scope herein.
3. Do not use the tool under unusual circumstances to avoid any possible
accidents.
4. Do not change any inner structure or reassemble the tool without the advice of
the manufacturer.
5. Tighten all screws before using the tool.
6. Don't start operation before the motor runs.
7. Keep a right angle of the cutting bit to the sheet.
8. Do not push the tool forward too quickly to avoid visible jagged breaks or burrs
9. Release the bit in operation while the motor is still running steadily.

10. Please use special bit-cooling oil at operation. Especially for the copper or
aluminum cutting.
3. Product Description

3. To be fitted with any electric drill or power drill with 1500~3000RPM.
4. Excellent cutting speed by 1.3 metre per minute with 3000RPM.
5. Cutting capacity:
5.1 Iron/Steel plate:1.6mm
5.2 Stainless steel plate:1.0mm
5.3 Copper/Aluminum plate:1.6mm
5.4 Plastic/Fiberglass:2.0mm
6. 360°rotatable cutting blade holder can change the direction freely as
required while cutting which makes it more convenient also agile to cut curve.
7. This is a rough blanking tool, It is not possible to achieve a very smooth edge.
Additional tools are needed to achieve burr - free or smooth edge if needed.
4. Operations
1. Fasten the plate (to be cut) onto an operating platform with a minimum
distance of 15cm between the plate and the platform.

2. Fit the tool with an electric drill or any power drill by fastening the drill chuck.
3. Operate the tool when the motor runs. Release the cutting bit when the motor
keeps running steadily. Use special bit-cooling oil at operation, especially for the
copper or aluminum cutting. See the picture below for more information when the
tool is fitted to a drill.
5. Replacement
5.1 Cutting Blade Replacement:
1. Loosen the screw on the rod holder.
2. Loosen the set screw and pull out the rod.
3. Fix the center hole in the rod into the right position of the sliding block and
then tighten the set screw.
4. Tighten the screw on the rod holder.

5. Install the cover and lock ring.
5.2 Cutting Blade Holder Replacement:
Loosen the screw slowly with the hex wrench to release the rod holder for
replacement. (see the attached picture)
