Timer
The hood can be set to turn Off automatically after 15 minutes.
1. Press and hold the desired fan speed button for 2 seconds.
The fan will run on the chosen speed for 15 minutes, and the
fan speed button light will ash continuously.
After 15 minutes, the fan will turn Off automatically.
2. Press the desired fan speed button again while the fan timer is
running to cancel the fan timer.
NOTE: Changing the fan speed or turning Auto Sense On will
also cancel the 15 minute timer.
Filter
The Filter button lights up when it is time to replace or clean the
lter. The button will be lit only when the fan is On. Press FILTER
after replacing the lter to turn the Filter button light Off. See the
“Cleaning” section for how to replace or clean the lter.
Light
Press LIGHT to turn the hood lights On and Off.

Cleaning:
Clean using ONLY a cloth dampened with neutral liquid detergent.
DO NOT CLEAN WITH TOOLS OR INSTRUMENTS.
Do not use abrasive products. DO NOT USE ALCOHOL.
Steam screen:
The steam screen must always be left closed and opened only for
maintenance (e.g. cleaning or changing lters).
Grease lter
Traps cooking grease particles.
This must be cleaned once a month (or when the lter saturation
indication system – if signaled on the model in possession-
indicates this necessity) using non aggressive detergents,
either by hand or in the dishwasher, which must be set to a low
temperature and a short cycle. When washed in a dishwasher,
the grease lter may discolor slightly, but this does not affect its
ltering capacity.
Charcoal lter (For Recirculating Installations)
It absorbs unpleasant odors caused by cooking.
The charcoal lter can be washed once every two months (or
when the lter saturation indication system – if signaled on the
model in possession – indicates this necessity) using hot water
and a suitable detergent, or in a dishwasher at 65°C (if the
dishwasher is used, select the full cycle function and leave dishes
out). Eliminate excess water without damaging the lter, then put
it in the oven for 10 minutes at 212°F (100°C) to dry completely.
Replace the lter every 3 years and when the cloth is damaged.
Replacing lamps
The hood is equipped with a lighting system based on LED
technology.
The LEDs guarantee an optimum lighting, a duration up to
10 times longer than the traditional lamps and allow to save 90%
electrical energy.
