10. System Settings
4. Click Configuration. This window appears.
5. Configure the settings as required.
• Name: Click to rename the transmitter.
• IP Address: Specifies how the transmitter obtains its IP address. By default, this field is set to System Auto.
o DHCP: Select this option to have the IP address automatically assigned by a DHCP server.
o System Auto: Select this option to have the IP address automatically assigned by the DVOE Manager.
o Manual: Select this option to designate an IP address for the transmitter. Manually type the IP Address, Subnet Mask
and Gateway for the device.
• Audio In: Select your audio signal type.
EDID: After receiving EDID information from the connected display, the B162-001-POE analyzes this information and sets
up the input source. Select an EDID mode that suits your needs.
o Default: Sets up the input to an optimum configuration based on a predefined list of EDID.
o Auto: Sets up the input to the best resolution of the connected displays.
o Manual: Sets up the input to user’s configuration.
o Remix: Sets up the input to an optimum resolution of the connected displays.
• RS-232 Baud Rate: Select a suitable baud rate.
• HDCP: By default, HDCP is enabled for the B162 units.
• Default: Click to restore the transmitter’s settings to default.
6. Click Save to keep the changes.
