IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

5. Do not use this apparatus near water.
6. Clean only with a dry cloth. Unplug this product
from the wall outlet before cleaning. Do not use
liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners.
7. Do not block any ventilation openings. Ventilation
should not be impeded by covering the ventilation
openings with items such as newspapers, table-
cloths, curtains etc.
8. Do not install near any heat source such as
radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus
(including amplifiers) that produce heat.
9. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized
or grounding type plug. A polarized plug has two
blades with one wider than other. A grounding
type plug has two blades and a third grounding
prong. The wide blade or the third prong is
provided for your safety. When the provided plug
does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician
for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
10. Protect the power cord from being walked on
or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience
receptacles, and the point where they exit from the
apparatus.
11. Educate children about the dangers of climbing on
furniture to reach TV controls.

When a cart is used, use caution when
moving the cart/apparatus combination
to avoid injury from tip-over. Sudden
stops, excessive force and uneven floor
surfaces can cause the product to fall from the
trolley.
13. For added protection for this product during a
lightning storm, or when it is left unattended and
unused for long periods of time, unplug it from the
wall outlet and disconnect the cable system.
14. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
Servicing is required when the apparatus has
been damaged in any way, such as power supply
cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled
or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the
apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture,
does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

Never place a television set in an unstable location. A television set may fall, causing serious personal injury or
death. Many injuries, particularly to children, can be avoided by taking simple precautions such as:
Using cabinets or stands recommended by the manufacturer of the television set.
Only using furniture that can safely support the television set.
Ensuring the television set is not overhanging the edge of the supporting furniture.
Not placing the television set on tall furniture (for example, cupboards or bookcases) without anchoring
both the furniture and the television set to a suitable support.
Not placing the television set on cloth or other materials that may be located between the television set and
supporting furniture.
Educating children about the dangers of climbing on furniture or reach the television set or its controls.
lf your existing television set is being retained and relocated, the same considerations as above should be
applied.
No matter in what circumstances, please keep the TV panel vertically placed, if any tilt, the tilt angle
between panel and vertical plane must not exceed 15° (the rule applies to frameless series product).
