6 COOKING GUIDELINES
6.1 SELECTION RECOMMENDATIONS
The following table shows the information of food types and identified their cooking
values. Cooking times can vary depending on the network voltage, quality of raw food to

appeal to your taste. You can set various values for obtaining different tastes and results

Preheating
