#1 Is it achievable if I only want to clean a certain area?

Yes, and the setting method is: Zone Create area Start.

#2 Is it achievable if I don't want to clean a specific area? For example, where my dog sleeps?

Yes, and the setting method is: Area Add area/Add a virtual wall.

#3 Is it achievable if I want to set different suction and water levels for different rooms?

Yes, and the setting method is: Partition editing Custom mode save and exit the settings page, and then go to More Turn on Custom mode.

#5 How do I connect it with my phone? And does it support a 5GHz Wi Fi network？

Firstly, Laresmart APP from App Store and register an account, then you can connect it according to the user manual method. And L6 Pro only support to 2.4 Ghz networks.
