Blender does not operate.
No power supply. Check the fuse/circuit breaker in your home.
If none of the above works, contact Braun
Customer Service
Jug or Smoothie2Go attachment is not atta-
ched properly. Timer shows three dashes (- - -)
Check the correct position of the attachment.
Liquid is splashing out of the jug. Gasket is not mounted properly, loose, or even
torn.
Ensure that gasket is mounted properly.
Jug lid or measuring cap are not closed
properly.
Close the lid and measuring cap.
Jug is overfilled. Follow the maximum quantity recommenda-
tion in the processing table.
Motor base is moving on the countertop. Rubber feet are not clean. Clean the rubber feet to ensure a good grip.
Error code is shown on the Timer Display

Overload protection
Turn the blender o, remove the jug from the
motor unit and check if the blade is blocked.
Follow the recommended speed or mode in
the processing table.
E02/E03
The thermal protection is activated to protect
the drive unit from overheating
Turn the blender o, unplug and wait at least
20 minutes before resuming operation. If the
error code does not disappear contact Braun
Customer Service.
E04/E05 Turn the blender o and on again. If the error
code does not disappear contact Braun Cus-
tomer Service.

Le blender ne fonctionne pas. Pas d‘alimentation électrique Vérifiez si l’appareil est branché. Vérifiez le
fusible/disjoncteur de votre logement. Si
aucune des solutions ci-dessus ne foncti-
onne, contactez le service après-vente Braun.
Le pichet ou le Smoothie2Go n‘est pas correc-
tement fixé. La minuterie ache trois tirets (- - -)
Vérifiez la position correcte de l‘accessoire.
Éclaboussures de liquide hors du pichet. Le joint n‘est pas correctement monté, des-
serré ou même déchiré.
Assurez-vous que le joint est correctement
monté.
Le couvercle du pichet ou le bouchon doseur ne
sont pas fermés correctement.
Ferme le couvercle et le bouchon doseur
Le pichet est trop rempli. Suivez nos recommandations quant au rem-
plissage maximal (tableau I)
La base moteur bouge sur le plan de travail. Le pied en caoutchouc est sale. Nettoyez le pied en caoutchouc pour garantir
une bonne adhérence.

Protection de surcharge
Éteignez le blender, retirez le pichet du base-
moteur et vérifiez si la lame est bloqué. Sui-
vez la vitesse ou mode recommandé dans le
tableau .
E02/E03
La protection thermique est activée pour proté-
ger l‘unité d‘entraînement contre la surchaue
Éteignez le blender, débranchez-le et atten-
dez au moins 20 minutes avant de reprendre
le fonctionnement. Si le code d‘erreur ne
disparaît pas, contactez le service après-
vente Braun.
E04/E05 Éteignez le blender et rallumez-le. Si le code
d‘erreur ne disparaît pas, contactez le service
après-vente Braun.
