9 Trouble-shooting

Water in door-
mounted con-
densate trough

When using applica-
tions with steam,
steam condenses on
the appliance door
and the water that
results collects in the
door-mounted con-
densate trough once
the appliance door is
opened.
The door-mounted condensate trough is
used to collect condensed steam; resid-
ual water collecting here is normal.
Wipe up any residual water in the
door-mounted condensate trough.
Any residual water in the door-mounted
condensate trough 1 will collect in the
condensate trough 2 when the appli-
ance door is closed. Wipe out the door-
mounted condensate trough to prevent
residual water from collecting in the con-
densate trough.
The control
panel steams
up
Steam escaping dur-
ing applications with
steam.
Briefly steaming up is normal.
When closing the appliance door
make sure that it forms a seal all the
way round.
If it continues to steam up heavily,
contact Customer Services.
The appliance
makes noises
during opera-
tion
Appliance can make
noises at any time
during operation
(switching, pumping
and fan noises).
Such noise is normal.
Clock is not
running cor-
rectly
Irregular mains fre-
quency.
Turn off the mains synchronization.
Or:
Connect the appliance to the internet.
The time is automatically synchron-
ized.
Internal pulse gener-
ator is imprecise
when mains syn-
chronization is turned
off.
Contact Customer Services.
There is water
in the bottom
of the cooking
space that can-
not be pumped
off
Filter or outlet in the
cooking space is
clogged.
Clean the filter.
