2.7 Installing the water line

Connecting the water line
Most homes are equipped with water line
installation parts. If yours is not or needs
replacing, water line installation kits are
available to purchase from
BSH part number 00646836 or from a
hardware store/dealer.
1 Shut off the main water supply line..
2 Install a shut off valve and water line. -
compression thread (UNS 7/16-24),
3 Connect the newly installed water supply .
line (C) to the refrigerator water inlet
connector (B), tighten using tool.
4 Gently tug on the supply waterline to .
ensure a proper fit and risk of damage when
pulling or pushing the unit for cleaning.
5 Turn main water back on and check for
leaks.
