The slide switch on switch box sets direction of fan rotation. Select the desired direction of fan rotation.
Push the slide switch left for "Forward" and right for "Reverse".
Note: Wait for fan to stop before reversing the direction of blade rotation.
The pull chain controls the fan speed as follows:
1 pull – High, 2 pull – Medium, 3 pull – Low, and 4 pull – Off.
To turn the light kit "ON" or "OFF", pull the chain that is on the light kit.
Caution: 1. If you install a remote control or a wall control for this fan, pull the pull chains to “high speed”
of the fan motor and “on” of the fan light.
2. Compatible Wall Switches: Menards SKU# 363-2615 / 363-5815.

main fuse or circuit breaker box.

Fan Light Installation:
Remove the plug from the switch box.
Remove the nut and lock washer from
light kit. Attach the light kit to the
switch box by threading the light kit
wires (black and white) and the
threaded pipe through the hole of switch box and then
secure them onto the switch box with nut and lock washer.
Be sure it is tight enough to prevent light kit from vibrating loose.
Note:The metal shades of light kit and fan switch chain should be staggered to
avoid the fan switch chain and metal shades from getting stuck or scratched.
Connect wires :
--- Connect the blue wire from
switch box to the black wire
from light kit with a wire
connector.
--- Connect the white (neutral) wire
from switch box to the white
(neutral) wire from light kit with
a wire connector.
Carefully put wires into switch box.
Then connect the two terminals
respectively from motor and switch
box.
Remove the switch box cover
screws from the switch box cover
first. Secure switch box onto switch
box cover with switch box screws.
Install LED bulbs (included).
Note: See relamping label at
socket area or packaging for
maximum allowed wattage.
