Technical Data
The following table lists input values for the appliance.
Burner Orice Size (Gross) Heat Input (Total) Gas Usage (Total)

MAIN 63 (0.94mm) 14.4 kW 1047 g/h
BACK 64 (0.91mm) 4.0 kW 291 g/h
Cered Gases / Pressures - Check rang plate to ensure that it corresponds with following list.
Do not tamper with or modify regulator. Use only regulators, which supply the pressure, listed in the table
above. A regulator of 28-30mbar must be used for butane or a 37mbar regulator for propane. For grills
set up to operate at 50mbar, the grill is equipped with an internal regulator. This internal regulator has an
outlet pressure of 30mbar and must not be modied or adjusted. For replacement, use only the regulator
specied by the manufacturer.
This unit includes an internal regulator which stabilizes the gas pressure and improves grill performance.
This regulator cannot be adjusted. There is a pressure tap located on the side of the regulator. It can
be used by a qualied service person when servicing the grill to determine if the regulator is funconing
properly. The screw within the pressure tap must always be kept ght, except when performing a pressure
test on the regulator (qualied service personnel only).

Gas Hook-Up Instrucons
WARNING! This grill is designed for installaon in a built-in enclosure constructed of combusble
materials when installed with zero clearance liner Part No. BI-3323-ZCL, and must be installed and
serviced by a qualied installer to local codes.
WARNING! Cabinet frame, cabinet, and counter top must be made from non-combusble material
when not installed with zero clearance liner Part No. BI-3323-ZCL.
WARNING! As indicated on the rang plate, this gas grill is designed to operate with gas supply
pressures of 11” WC for Propane and 7” WC for Natural Gas. For installaons where the gas supply
pressure exceeds these requirements, a regulator must be installed upstream of the grill’s components.
If the gas supply pressure is lower than these requirements, the unit will be under-red and will not
reach the maximum temperatures. Ensure that the supply line size complies with local and/or naonal
installaon codes.
BUILT IN PROPANE GAS HOOK-UP: The piping up to the gas grill is the responsibility of the installer and
piping should be located as shown in the built-in instrucons. A exible metal connector is included to
simplify the installaon of the unit. Connect this exible metal connector to the are ng on the end of
