TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
WARNING: To reduce the risk of shock and unintended operation, unplug unit before
troubleshooting.
Ensure the unit is not charging when troubleshooting. Ensure the unit is fully charged and vessel
is properly aligned.

When filling the vessel, start with liquid to the MIN LIQUID line, then fresh fruit or veggies, followed by
leafy greens or herbs. Add your seeds, powders, or nut butters. Finish with ice or frozen ingredients.
If ingredients are routinely getting stuck, adding some liquid will usually help. Ensure you have filled
the vessel to or above the MIN LIQUID line. You can also shake the blender while blending or turn the
blender upside down, start a blend cycle, and turn it right side up to move ingredients while blending.
Sip lid is hard to assemble on the vessel.
Set the assembled motor base and vessel on a level surface. Carefully place the sip lid on the top of
the vessel and align the threads so the sip lid sits flat. Turn clockwise until you have a tight seal.

threads so the vessel sits flat. Turn clockwise until you have a tight seal. The LEDs on the display will
be solid purple when the vessel is properly installed.

work properly for as long as possible. The guarantee it comes with is an important consideration - and
reflects how much confidence the manufacturer has in its product and manufacturing quality. Every Ninja
machine comes with a free parts and labour guarantee. Our customer service helpline (0800 862 0453)
is open from 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday - Friday. It’s free to call, and you’ll be put straight through to a

How do I register my extended Ninja guarantee?
If you have purchased your Ninja Blast directly from ninjakitchen.co.uk your extended guarantee is
registered automatically. You can also register your guarantee online within 28 days of purchase.

IMPORTANT
The 1 year standard guarantee will only cover your product from the date of purchase.
Please always keep your receipt. Should you need to use your extended guarantee we will need your

receipt may invalidate your guarantee.

How long are new Ninja machines guaranteed for?
Our confidence in our design and quality control means that your new Ninja Blast is guaranteed for a total
of 1 year.
What is covered by the free Ninja guarantee?
Repair or replacement of your Ninja machine (at Ninja’s discretion), including all parts and labour. A Ninja
guarantee is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.
What is not covered by the free Ninja guarantee?
Normal wear and tear.
Accidental damage or faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or
handling of the Ninja Blast which is not in accordance with the Ninja Operating Manual supplied with
your machine.
Use of the Ninja Blast for anything other than normal domestic household purposes.
Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the operating instructions.
Use of parts and accessories which are not Ninja Genuine Components
Faulty installation (except where installed by Ninja).
Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Ninja or its agents.
