avoid the obstruction from the tower. When installing on the side, the iron tower/wall will cause
a detection blind area, which is not conducive to heat detection.

The Camera should be installed horizontally to avoid the slope of the base, to ensure the
accurate calibration function of the heat point. We recommend you use two nuts and spring
washers at each hole of the PTZ to make the tower steady, so that the Camera keeps horizontal.

Make sure that the mounting surface can sustain at least 8 times the weight of the Camera and its
mounting structural components. The heavy PTZ (the weight of bare machines is about 40–70
kg) should be installed on the installation plane that can sustain more than 1T weight.
