Faulty power cord, switch, or motor.
Unplug and check the power
cord. If damaged, have it
repaired by a professional or
call customer service.
No power supply.
Check the power supply, cord,
breakers, and fuses.
On/Off switch is in the wrong
position. Or the correct mode
button is not selected.
Press the ON ‘I’ button on
the power head and select
desired cleaning mode. Follow
instructions on page 12-17.
