二、工作原理
II. Overview of its Working Principle
1、从加油口加注液压油，加至离油箱上部平面 3cm-5cm 即可；
1. Please fill in hydraulic oil from reservoir filler till it is 3cm to 5mmbelow the
upper surface of the reservoir;
2、电源正极接到继电器正极⑤，电源负极接到电机负极③，电源线必须是 20--30 平方的
铜线；
2. The positive pole of the power supply should be connected to the positive pole
of the relay while the negative pole of the power supply should be connected to the
negative pole of the electronic motor. The power supply wire must be copper wire
20 to 25 cm2 in cross sectional area.
3、电源正负极连接好之后，按开关 UP 键，电机启动油泵产生压力，出油口排油，松开
UP 键电机停止工作；
3. Please connect the power supply correctly and then install the oil pipelines. Then
press the Up button to turn on the motor. Motor powers the oil pump to generate
pressure and cause oil to be discharged. Release the Up button, the motor should
stop work.
4、液压油缸行程完毕，上升完毕后，需开回油下降时，按开关 DN 键，电机不需要工作，
电磁线圈⑧指示灯亮，产生磁力，电磁阀打开，产生泄压回油，液压缸下降回位；
4. By the end of the hydraulic cylinder’s travel, please press the Down button for
oil returning. Motor does not need to work in this process. This shall light up the
indicator light of the electromagnetic coil as well as generate magnetic force to
push on the electromagnetic valve. This allows oil to return and the hydraulic
cylinder to return to its original place.
5、电机排油产生压力工作时，⑧ 电磁线圈不能通电，指示灯不能亮；
5. When the motor is working for discharging oil and generating pressure, ⑧the
electromagnetic coil must be powered off and its indicator light shall not light up.
三、常见故障与排除方法
III. Common Failures and Troubleshooting
（一）不上升，出油口不排油无压力现象
(1) There is no oil rising or lack of pressure although oil has been discharged or
there is no oil discharge.
1、按开关 UP 键，电机不启动无反应，需检查电池电源是否有电，如果电池有电，检查正
负极连接是否正确，是否没有接好或者虚接，可用电源正负极直接接电机测试，电源正极连
接
电机正极，电源负极连接
电机负极，如果还是电机不启动无反应，说明电池电源没有
电或者电机内部短路，需要为电池充电或者更换电机。如果直接连接电机正负极可以启动，
可判定为④继电器损坏或者

控制盒开关线没有接好，更换④继电器或者检查开关线路；
1. If pressing the UP button and the motor fails to start or work or lacks of reaction,
please check if there is a low battery. If the battery is good, then check if the
positive ends and negative ends are correctly connected or if there is virtual
connection. You may connect the motor directly to both ends of the power supply
to check if there is something wrong with the motor. In this case, the positive end of
the power supply should be connected with the positive end of the motor while the
negative end of the power supply should be connected to the negative end of the
motor. If it still refuses to start or react, it proves that there is a shortcut in the
motor circuit or there is a dead battery, please change the motor or charge the
battery. If it starts on, then there might be a damaged ④relay or a badly connected

control box or ④ the relay needs to be changed or you may need to check
switch connections.
2、如果电机正常启动，不出油不会上升，检查⑧ 电磁线圈指示灯是否亮，如果灯亮，需
检查电路问题，上升时电磁线圈指示灯不能亮，不能通电。如果⑧ 电磁线圈指示灯不亮，
电机正常运转，不出油，不会上升，需要把⑨常闭电磁阀拆下，用汽油或者柴油清洗电磁阀
芯或孔，清洗后重新装好阀测试即可，或者更换⑨常闭电磁阀；
2. If the motor works properly, but the oil will not be discharged or the hydraulic
cylinder will not go up, please check if the indicator light of the ⑧electromagnetic
coil is lit or not. If the light is lit, please check if the circuit is properly connected or
not. When the hydraulic cylinder is going upward, the indicator light of the ⑧
electromagnetic coil must not be lit and there should not be electricity in the coil. If
the light is off while the motor runs normally, but there is no oil discharge or rising,
please take off the ⑧electromagnetic coil and clean its core or hole with diesel or
gasoline. Once cleaned, please put it back on to do the test again or you may need
to change the ⑨normally closed electromagnetic valve.
以上方法都用过，还无法使用的，可能是油管堵塞不通，或者是液压缸有问题和液压动力
单元型号选择错误。
If you have tried all of the above methods but it still works abnormally, there might
a choked pipeline or a problematic hydraulic cylinder or the model of the hydraulic
power unit is a wrong choice.
（二）不会下降或回油问题
it will not decline or return to oil.
1、按开关 DN 键，不会下降，不会回油，检查⑧ 电磁线圈指示灯是否会亮，如果不亮证
明线圈不通电造成的，需检查开关或者电路问题；
1. Press the switch DN key, it will not go down, it will not return oil, check whether
the indicator light of the electromagnetic coil will be bright. If it is not clear that the
coil is not energized, check the switch or circuit problem;
2、如果⑧ 电磁线圈指示灯会亮，则不会下降，需把⑧ 电磁线圈折下来，按开关 DN 键的
同时，用螺丝刀或者其它铁的工具插入电磁线圈孔里，检查是否有吸力或磁性，如果没有吸
力和磁性，证明⑧电磁线圈内部短路，更换⑧电磁线圈即可；
2, if today the electromagnetic coil will bright lights, do not drop, the
electromagnetic coil was broken off, press the switch DN key at the same time, use
a screwdriver or other iron tool into the electromagnetic coil in the hole, check
whether there is a suction or magnetic, if there is no suction and magnetic, that was
internal short circuit, the electromagnetic coil electromagnetic coil can change
today;
3、如果⑧电磁线圈指示灯亮，产生吸力和磁性，而不会下降，需要把⑨常闭电磁阀拆下来，
用汽油或者柴油清洗阀孔和滤网，可能是阀孔堵塞，清洗后装上再试或检查

完全关闭，把节流阀螺丝杆调松开一些，节流阀越松回油流量越大，如果还不会下降或回油，
则需更换⑨常闭电磁阀。
以上方法都用过，还无法使用的，可能是油管堵塞不通，或者是液压缸有问题和液压动力
单元型号选择错误。

五、注操作方法
V. Operation Method
1、根据液压原理图，用清洁的油管将液压动力单元与油缸连接起来。
1. Please connect the hydraulic power unit with the reservoir using clean oil
pipelines.
2、根据电机与电磁阀标示的电源特性（交流，直流）电压正确连接。
2. Please connect the motor with the electromagnetic valve in a proper manner.
And ensure that they allows the same kind of current(alternative or direct) and the
same voltage.
3、点动电机，观察有无异常现象。在执行元件，不加载情况下，启动电机，作空运行试验，
检查各零部件是否运行平稳，确定无误后，再逐步加载至正常运行。
3. Please turn on the motor to observe if there is anything abnormal. Please turn on
the motor without loading actuators to do a dry running and check if all the parts
are running smoothly. If everything is OK, then load them step by step till they
function normally.
六、注意事项
VI. Caution
1、本厂出品的液压动力单元出厂时，系统压力已调定。如需改动，用户根据实际情况自行
通过调压阀旋钮调整系统压力，但不能超过系统公称压力。
1. The system pressure of our hydraulic power units has been set prior to their
shipment. You could adjust system pressure via adjusting the pressure regulating
valve according to your needs, but the pressure should never exceed the nominal
pressure of the system.
2、认真检查电机及电磁阀接线情况，严禁虚接。
2. Please carefully check if the motor and the electromagnetic valve are properly
connected. Virtual connection is prohibited.
3、在第一次安装调试时，要注意保持油箱内部油位，经过一个工作循环后，应将油箱补足
油，但不能加的过满。
3. The reservoir shall maintain an adequate load of oil during the initial installation
and trial run. The reservoir shall be replenished at the end of a work circle but it
shall not be overly filled.
4、电机与电磁阀接线时应特别注意电源特性（交流、直流）电压与标示的一致。交流电源
电机外壳必须可靠接地，严禁不接地运行。电机接线盒注意防水、防潮。初次接线时，点动
电机仔细检查电机方向，从电机后端看，旋向为逆时针。绝对禁止电机反向旋转和无油空转。
2、While connecting electromagnetic valves to the motor, it should be carefully
checked to ensure that the nature(direct or alternative current ) and voltage of the
power supply is the same as labeled. The motor housing with AC power supply
must be soundly grounded. It is prohibited to turn on the motor should it not be
grounded. The junction box of the motor should be water-proof and moisture-tight.
During the first time of connection, the direction of the motor should be carefully
checked. Looking for the rear end of the motor, the motor should be turned on
anti-clockwisely. It is absolutely prohibited to let the motor run adversely or to race
without oil.
5、油箱加油时液压油必须经过滤，过滤精度不低于 25μm。
5. The hydraulic oil to be filled into the reservoir should be filtered and the filter
precision should be no less than 25μm.
6、动力单元不能滤去液压缸内部的杂质。所以液压缸内部一定要清洁。以免引起控制阀失
效。油管也必须干净。
6. The power unit could not filter foreign materials within the hydraulic cylinder,
therefore, the interior of the hydraulic cylinder must be kept clean to prevent the
ill-function of the control valve. And the pipelines should also be kept clean.
七、维护保养
VII. Maintenance
1、要注意保持执行元件和管路的清洁，防止污物进入系统。
1. Actuators and pipelines should be kept clean to prevent the introduction of
foreign material into the system.
2、要注意保持油箱内部油位，经过一定工作循环后，适当补油。如泵吸空气将会造成泵的
损坏和密封的损坏。
2.. The reservoir should be adequately filled with oil. Proper refilling is needed after
certain working circles. It may damage the oil pump and the enclosure if the oil
pump sucks air.
3、在首次加入液压油运行 100 小时后，更换新油。以后每年（约 1500 工作小时）更换一
次新油。
3. The hydraulic oil should be replaced upon working for 100 hours since the initial
filling. Subsequently, the hydraulic oil should be replaced once per year/ about
1500 working hours.
4、液压油粘度一般为 22-46mm2/s。
The viscosity of the hydraulic oil should be 22-46mm2/s.
工作环境温度高用粘度高的液压油，工作环境（温度）低用粘度低的液压油。
High-viscosity hydraulic oil should be used in high temperature working
environment while low-viscosity hydraulic oil should be used in low temperature
environment.
