9.2 HomeConnect® settings
Adapt HomeConnect® to your needs.
You can find the HomeConnect® settings in the basic
settings for your appliance. Which settings the display
shows will depend on whether HomeConnect® has been
set up and whether the appliance is connected to your
home network.
Overview of the cooktop HomeConnect® settings
The following HomeConnect® settings are available in the basic settings menu of the cooktop.

Log the cooktop on in the home network (Wi-Fi) or
disconnect from the network.

Connecting to the app
The setting is only displayed if the cooktop is connected to

Connection to the (Wi-Fi)
If (Wi-Fi) has been activated, you can use the
HomeConnect® functions.
In networked standby mode, your cooktop requires a
maximum of 2W.

previously connected to a network.

If the setting is switched off, only the cooktop's operating
statuses will be displayed in the HomeConnect® app.

Controlling remote access by Customer Support
The setting is only displayed if after-sales service is
attempting to connect to the cooktop. You can end this at
any time after granting access.
