WHERE TO USE YOUR HEATING PAD
The benefits of heat have been clinically proven to soothe sore muscles,
reduce stiffness, and promote healing. The GoHeat™ Cordless Heating
Pad provides the freedom to treat pain anytime, anywhere. The
adjustable strap can be used to easily secure the pad around any area
of pain. It is ideal for use on the back, arms, legs, and shoulders.

HOW TO USE:
Charge It
1. Before first use, fully charge the
battery unit/heating pad controller by
connecting charger cord into the charger
port and plug into AC wall jack.
Note: Charge in an ambient temperature
between 41°F and 95°F (5°C and 35°C).
2. Battery light will flash green during
charging (See table below for indicators).
3. Once battery light is solid green, the unit is
fully charged. Charging may take up to 3 hours
(using the standard charger) and up to 1 hour
and 15 minutes (using the quick charger).
Select Heat Setting
1. Use the power button to select heat settings by
clicking consecutively to scroll through each
setting. (See Figure 3 for button location)
2. There are heat setting lights on battery unit
to indicate if the unit is set to low, medium or
high. (See Figure 4 for heat setting lights)
Recommended treatement time is 20 minutes
on high heat setting or 2 hours on low
heat setting.
Apply Heating Pad
1. Ensure the heating pad is connected to the
battery unit by securely attaching the battery
unit/connector to the pad connector before
using.
2. Put the battery unit into the pocket, controller
side up.
3. Place lighter colored fabric side (Figure 1,
number 1) flat against the body.
4. Take the edge of the adjustable strap and
fasten directly to the darker, exterior side
fabric, using the fastening tab (Figure 1,
number 3) on the end of the strap. The fastening tab can attach to any part of the
exterior side fabric. (See Figure 2 for the best way to wrap each body part)
NOTE: Be careful not to overlap the heated area of the pad.
5. Once in place, tighten around the body by adjusting the strap using the slider for a
comfortable and snug fit.
6. To remove pad, detach the fastening tab by pulling up on the end of the strap.
Unwrap pad from body.
After Use
1. Disconnect pad cord from the battery unit by unplugging
cord at the bottom of the pocket.
2. Place charger on the lighter fabric side, roll pad around charger, wrap
strap around pad, and secure with the tab for neat and tidy storage.
3. If needed, recharge battery unit prior to next use – only use
the power supply that was provided with the unit.
4. Store battery unit and product in cool, dry location between use.

BATTERY UNIT:
1. The battery can last up to 4 hours on low heat setting and up to 1 hour on high heat
setting.
2. The battery light indicator will turn red or green when the battery is either low,
charging, or fully charged. (See table 1 for the battery light colors per setting)
3. Battery runtime will reduce over time. Battery life depends on usage and storage
conditions.

HOW TO USE YOUR HEATING PAD WITH MOIST HEAT THERAPY
In some cases, you may find that moist heat
therapy provides more comfort and relief. When
using moist heat therapy, you should protect
furniture and clothing from becoming damp.
1. Dampen the lighter colored fabric side (Figure
1, number 1) of the heating pad with water by
patting the surface with a wet sponge or cloth,
or use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist. Do
not thoroughly soak pad.
2. Do not spray or dampen the pad connector or
battery unit. (Figure 5)

WATER OR PLACE UNDER RUNNING WATER. FAILURE
TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN PRODUCT FAILURE

WHERE TO USE YOUR HEATING PAD
The benefits of heat have been clinically proven to soothe sore muscles,
reduce stiffness, and promote healing. The GoHeat™ Cordless Heating
Pad provides the freedom to treat pain anytime, anywhere. The
adjustable strap can be used to easily secure the pad around any area
of pain. It is ideal for use on the back, arms, legs, and shoulders.

HOW TO USE:
Charge It
1. Before first use, fully charge the
battery unit/heating pad controller by
connecting charger cord into the charger
port and plug into AC wall jack.
Note: Charge in an ambient temperature
between 41°F and 95°F (5°C and 35°C).
2. Battery light will flash green during
charging (See table below for indicators).
3. Once battery light is solid green, the unit is
fully charged. Charging may take up to 3 hours
(using the standard charger) and up to 1 hour
and 15 minutes (using the quick charger).
Select Heat Setting
1. Use the power button to select heat settings by
clicking consecutively to scroll through each
setting. (See Figure 3 for button location)
2. There are heat setting lights on battery unit
to indicate if the unit is set to low, medium or
high. (See Figure 4 for heat setting lights)
Recommended treatement time is 20 minutes
on high heat setting or 2 hours on low
heat setting.
Apply Heating Pad
1. Ensure the heating pad is connected to the
battery unit by securely attaching the battery
unit/connector to the pad connector before
using.
2. Put the battery unit into the pocket, controller
side up.
3. Place lighter colored fabric side (Figure 1,
number 1) flat against the body.
4. Take the edge of the adjustable strap and
fasten directly to the darker, exterior side
fabric, using the fastening tab (Figure 1,
number 3) on the end of the strap. The fastening tab can attach to any part of the
exterior side fabric. (See Figure 2 for the best way to wrap each body part)
NOTE: Be careful not to overlap the heated area of the pad.
5. Once in place, tighten around the body by adjusting the strap using the slider for a
comfortable and snug fit.
6. To remove pad, detach the fastening tab by pulling up on the end of the strap.
Unwrap pad from body.
After Use
1. Disconnect pad cord from the battery unit by unplugging
cord at the bottom of the pocket.
2. Place charger on the lighter fabric side, roll pad around charger, wrap
strap around pad, and secure with the tab for neat and tidy storage.
3. If needed, recharge battery unit prior to next use – only use
the power supply that was provided with the unit.
4. Store battery unit and product in cool, dry location between use.

BATTERY UNIT:
1. The battery can last up to 4 hours on low heat setting and up to 1 hour on high heat
setting.
2. The battery light indicator will turn red or green when the battery is either low,
charging, or fully charged. (See table 1 for the battery light colors per setting)
3. Battery runtime will reduce over time. Battery life depends on usage and storage
conditions.

HOW TO USE YOUR HEATING PAD WITH MOIST HEAT THERAPY
In some cases, you may find that moist heat
therapy provides more comfort and relief. When
using moist heat therapy, you should protect
furniture and clothing from becoming damp.
1. Dampen the lighter colored fabric side (Figure
1, number 1) of the heating pad with water by
patting the surface with a wet sponge or cloth,
or use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist. Do
not thoroughly soak pad.
2. Do not spray or dampen the pad connector or
battery unit. (Figure 5)

Se ha demostrado clínicamente que los beneficios del calor alivian el dolor

Inalámbrica GoHeat™ brinda la libertad de tratar el dolor en cualquier
momento y en cualquier lugar. La correa ajustable se puede utilizar para

CÓMO UTILIZARLA
Cargue la Unidad de Batería
1. Antes de usar su almohadilla térmica por
primera vez, cargue completamente la
unidad de batería conectando el cable
del cargador al puerto del cargador y
enchúfelo en el enchufe de pared de CA.
Nota: Cargue a una temperatura ambiente
entre 41° F y 95°F (5° C y 35° C).
2. La luz de la batería parpadeará de color verde
mientras se está cargando (Consulte la tabla
a continuación para ver los indicadores).
3. Una vez que la luz de la batería
cambie a verde sólido, la unidad está
completamente cargada. La carga
puede tomar hasta 3 horas (utilizando el
cargador estándar) y hasta 1 hora y 15
minutos (utilizando el cargador rápido).
Seleccione un Ajuste de Calor
1. Use el botón de encendido para seleccionar el

Aplíquese la Almohadilla Térmica
1. Asegúrese de que la almohadilla térmica esté
conectada a la unidad de batería conectando
de forma segura el conector de la unidad de
batería / al conector de la almohadilla antes
de utilizar.
2. Coloque la unidad de batería en el bolsillo, con
el controlador hacia arriba.
3. Coloque el lado de tela de color más claro
(Figura 1, número 1) de forma plana contra el cuerpo.
4. Tome el borde de la correa ajustable y ajústela directamente a la tela lateral exterior
más oscura, usando la lengüeta de fijación (Figura 1, número 3) en el extremo de
la correa. La lengüeta de fijación se puede unir a cualquier parte de la tela lateral
exterior. Consulte la Figura 2 para conocer cuál es la mejor manera de envolver cada
parte del cuerpo. NOTA: Tenga cuidado de no superponer el área calentada de la

5. Una vez en su lugar, apriete alrededor del cuerpo ajustando la correa utilizando el

6. Para retirar la almohadilla, separe la lengüeta del sujetador tirando hacia arriba del
extremo de la correa. Desenvuelva la almohadilla del cuerpo.
Después de Utilizarla

UNIDAD DE BATERÍA:

CÓMO UTILIZAR SU ALMOHADILLA TÉRMICA CON TERAPIA
DE CALOR HÚMEDO
En algunos casos, es posible que la terapia de
calor húmedo brinde más comodidad y alivio.
Al utilizar la terapia de calor húmedo, debe
proteger los muebles y la ropa de la humedad.
1. Humedezca el lado de la tela de color más
claro (Figura 1, número 1) de la almohadilla
térmica con agua aplicando en la superficie
con una esponja o paño húmedo, o use una
botella de rociar para aplicar una fina neblina.
No sumerja completamente la almohadilla.
2. No rocíe ni humedezca el conector de la
almohadilla o la unidad de batería. (Figura 5)

1. Desconecte la almohadilla del cargador si utiliza el

Se ha demostrado clínicamente que los beneficios del calor alivian el dolor

Inalámbrica GoHeat™ brinda la libertad de tratar el dolor en cualquier
momento y en cualquier lugar. La correa ajustable se puede utilizar para

CÓMO UTILIZARLA
Cargue la Unidad de Batería
1. Antes de usar su almohadilla térmica por
primera vez, cargue completamente la
unidad de batería conectando el cable
del cargador al puerto del cargador y
enchúfelo en el enchufe de pared de CA.
Nota: Cargue a una temperatura ambiente
entre 41° F y 95°F (5° C y 35° C).
2. La luz de la batería parpadeará de color verde
mientras se está cargando (Consulte la tabla
a continuación para ver los indicadores).
3. Una vez que la luz de la batería
cambie a verde sólido, la unidad está
completamente cargada. La carga
puede tomar hasta 3 horas (utilizando el
cargador estándar) y hasta 1 hora y 15
minutos (utilizando el cargador rápido).
Seleccione un Ajuste de Calor
1. Use el botón de encendido para seleccionar el
ajuste de calor haciendo clic consecutivamente
para desplazarse por cada ajuste. (Ver figura 3

2. La unidad de batería cuenta con luces de

está configurada en baja, media o alta. (Ver

tiempo de tratamiento recomendado es de
20 minutos a temperatura alta o 2 horas a
temperatura baja.
Aplíquese la Almohadilla Térmica
1. Asegúrese de que la almohadilla térmica esté
conectada a la unidad de batería conectando
de forma segura el conector de la unidad de
batería / al conector de la almohadilla antes
de utilizar.
2. Coloque la unidad de batería en el bolsillo, con
el controlador hacia arriba.
3. Coloque el lado de tela de color más claro
(Figura 1, número 1) de forma plana contra el cuerpo.
4. Tome el borde de la correa ajustable y ajústela directamente a la tela lateral exterior
más oscura, usando la lengüeta de fijación (Figura 1, número 3) en el extremo de
la correa. La lengüeta de fijación se puede unir a cualquier parte de la tela lateral
exterior. Consulte la Figura 2 para conocer cuál es la mejor manera de envolver cada
parte del cuerpo. NOTA: Tenga cuidado de no superponer el área calentada de la
almohadilla.
5. Una vez en su lugar, apriete alrededor del cuerpo ajustando la correa utilizando el
deslizador para un ajuste cómodo y confortable.
6. Para retirar la almohadilla, separe la lengüeta del sujetador tirando hacia arriba del
extremo de la correa. Desenvuelva la almohadilla del cuerpo.
Después de Utilizarla
1. Desconecte el cable de la almohadilla de la unidad de batería

INSTRUCCIONES DE LAVADO
¡NO LA LAVE EN SECO! ¡NO USE BLANQUEADOR! NO LA
EXPRIMA!
1. Desconecte la almohadilla del cargador si utiliza el
cargador rápido mientras está en uso. NO HALAR
POR EL CABLE.
2. Retire la unidad de batería/el controlador de la
almohadilla térmica del bolsillo y desconecte el
cable de la almohadilla térmica de la unidad.
3. Coloque la unidad de batería a un lado. NO LA LAVE.
4. Coloque el cable de la almohadilla térmica en el
bolsillo para protegerlo durante el ciclo de lavado.
5. Lave la almohadilla térmica en la lavadora con agua
fría en un ciclo suave o lave a mano. Séquela en la
secadora a temperatura baja y retírela rápidamente
de la secadora o permita que se seque al aire.
6. NO enchufe el conector de la almohadilla a la unidad
de batería hasta que la almohadilla y el conector
estén completamente secos.
