, Auto-Off is a selectable feature. By pressing the "Mode"/"Auto-Off" button (Figure 1, Letter C), you
can set the timer to "Stay On" continuously, or to 2 hour Auto-Off to shut the pad down automatically after 2 hours of
heat therapy. The Auto-Off Indicator (Figure 1, Letter D) will light up to show selected mode.
NOTE: After a power outage, the Auto-Off feature automatically resets the timer.

heating pad features a unique fast-heat technology in which you will feel heat in 30
seconds - for faster pain relief! The light ring around the controls, called the Heat Meter (Figure 1, Letter E), will light
up one side at a time, indicating progress as the pad heats up. All four sides of the Heat Meter will light up within 30
seconds of powering up, indicating the pad is warm and ready for use.
USING MOIST HEAT THERAPY
For deep, penetrating pain relief, use moist heat therapy. When using moist heat therapy, you should protect furniture
and clothing from becoming damp.
Dampen either side of the pad or wrap with water by patting the surface with a wet sponge or cloth or use a spray
bottle to apply a fine mist. Do not thoroughly soak pad or wrap.
DANGER: DO NOT IMMERSE PAD OR WRAP IN WATER OR PLACE UNDER RUNNING WATER TO DAMPEN SURFACE.

HOW TO USE YOUR HEATING PAD OR HEAT WRAP
1. Make sure Control Connector is securely attached to the Pad Connector (Figure 2). Push both parts together for
a tight fit.
NOTE: Control must be connected to heating pad before plugging unit into outlet.
2. After control is connected to pad, plug into 120V AC electrical outlet.
3. To turn the pad ON press the Control/Power Button (Figure 1).
4. To select desired heat setting, continue pressing the Control Button, or for XpressHeat
®
use the HEAT ▲ or
HEAT ▼ heat setting buttons (Figure 1, Letter F).
5. Wait for the pad to heat up.
6. To turn the pad OFF, scroll through the remaining heat settings by pressing the Control Button sequentially until
all heat indicator lights are turned off, or for XpressHeat
®
press the Power Button (Figure 1, Letter B).
CAUTION: Avoid sitting on or crushing pad. Avoid folding during use.

The 'High' heat setting indicator light or 'F' signal will start flashing when
connection is broken between pad and controller while using the product.
• To reset, simply connect pad and controller together tightly and then power
On and select the desired heat setting.
• If flashing light or 'F' signal persists, an error has occurred. Discontinue use
of the product and see warranty information to contact Consumer Services.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Sunbeam Products, Inc. warrants for the time period set forth below*, from the date of purchase, this product will be free from
defects in material and workmanship. Sunbeam, at its option, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product
found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component.
If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your
exclusive warranty. Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this product. Doing so will void this

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

HOW TO USE YOUR HEATING PAD OR HEAT WRAP
1. Make sure Control Connector is securely attached to the Pad Connector (Figure 2). Push both parts together for
a tight fit.
NOTE: Control must be connected to heating pad before plugging unit into outlet.
2. After control is connected to pad, plug into 120V AC electrical outlet.
3. To turn the pad ON press the Control/Power Button (Figure 1).
4. To select desired heat setting, continue pressing the Control Button, or for XpressHeat
®
use the HEAT ▲ or
HEAT ▼ heat setting buttons (Figure 1, Letter F).
5. Wait for the pad to heat up.
6. To turn the pad OFF, scroll through the remaining heat settings by pressing the Control Button sequentially until
all heat indicator lights are turned off, or for XpressHeat
®
press the Power Button (Figure 1, Letter B).
CAUTION: Avoid sitting on or crushing pad. Avoid folding during use.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

The 'High' heat setting indicator light or 'F' signal will start flashing when
connection is broken between pad and controller while using the product.
• To reset, simply connect pad and controller together tightly and then power
On and select the desired heat setting.
• If flashing light or 'F' signal persists, an error has occurred. Discontinue use
of the product and see warranty information to contact Consumer Services.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Sunbeam Products, Inc. warrants for the time period set forth below*, from the date of purchase, this product will be free from
defects in material and workmanship. Sunbeam, at its option, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product
found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component.
If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your
exclusive warranty. Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this product. Doing so will void this
warranty. This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep
the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. Sunbeam dealers, service centers, or retail
stores selling Sunbeam products do not have the right to alter, modify or any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the
product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone
other than Sunbeam or an authorized Sunbeam service center. Further, the warranty does not cover: Acts of God, such as fire, flood,
hurricanes and tornadoes.
What are the limits on Sunbeam’s Liability?
Sunbeam shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express, implied or statutory
warranty or condition. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty.
Sunbeam disclaims all other warranties, conditions or representations, express, implied, statutory or otherwise. Sunbeam shall
not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase, use or misuse of, or inability to use the product including

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Disconnect pad from outlet. DO NOT PULL BY THE CORD.
2. Disconnect controller cord from pad by holding the pad side connector with one hand and pulling firmly on the
cord side connector with the other hand.
3. Machine wash pad in cold water on gentle cycle or hand wash. Tumble dry on low heat and remove promptly
from dryer or drape to dry.

para tratar el dolor y acelerar la cicatrización del tejido cuando se utiliza como parte de su régimen de alivio. El
tratamiento térmico ayuda a relajar los músculos tensos, a aliviar la rigidez, a facilitar el estiramiento y a aliviar el
dolor muscular y articular común asociado a la tensión muscular y al estrés.
El tiempo de tratamiento sugerido para la aplicación del calor es de 20 a 30 minutos, hasta tres veces al día, para
el dolor persistente que dura más de 48 horas, a menos que se indique lo contrario.

CÓMO USAR SU ALMOHADILLA O ENVOLTURA ELÉCTRICA
1. Asegúrese de que el Conector de Cable esté firmemente conectado al Conector de la almohadilla (Figura 2).
Presione ambas partes juntas para un ajuste apretado.

2. Si el modelo tiene correas elásticas, coloque el controlador y el cable de alimentación en la almohadilla, enrolle

FUNCIONES DEL CONTROL
FUNCIÓN DE APAGADO AUTOMÁTICO:
La función de apagado automático está diseñada para su comodidad y para ahorrar energía al apagarse
automáticamente después de 2 horas de uso continuo. Reinicie la unidad encendiendo y seleccionando el ajuste de
calor deseado.
Para XpressHeat
®
, la función “Auto-Off” (apagado automático) es seleccionable. Al presionar el botón “Mode”/”Auto-Off”
(modo/apagado automático) (Figura 1, Letra C), podrá configurar el temporizador a “Stay On” (mantenerse encendido)
continuamente o a “2 hour Auto-Off” (2 horas de apagado automático) para apagar la almohadilla. El indicador de Auto-
Off (Figura 1, Letra D) se iluminará para mostrar el modo seleccionado.
NOTA: Después de ocurrir una interrupción de energía, la función de apagado automático reinicia automáticamente
el cronómetro.

La almohadilla de Sunbeam

tiene la tecnología XpressHeat
®
. La tecnología permite sentir una agradable sensación
térmica en 30 segundos – para un alivio mucho más rápido! El aro de luz alrededor de los controles, llamado el
medidor de calor (Figura 1, Letra E), iluminará un lado a la vez, indicando el progreso mientras la almohadilla se
calienta. Los cuatro lados del medidor de calor se iluminarán en 30 segundos de haberse activado, indicando que la
almohadilla está caliente y lista para utilizarse.
USO DE TERAPIA DE CALOR HÚMEDO
Para un alivio de dolor profundo y penetrante, utilice la terapia térmica húmeda. Cuando utilice la terapia térmica
húmeda, debe proteger los muebles y la ropa de la humedad.
Humedezca ambos lados de la almohadilla o envoltura con agua, dándole ligeros golpes sobre la superficie con una
esponja o paño mojado, o utilice atomizador para aplicar un rocío fino. No remoje a fondo la almohadilla o envoltura.
PELIGRO: NO SUMERJA LA ALMOHADILLA EN AGUA NI LA COLOQUE DEBAJO AGUA CORRIENTE PARA HUMEDECER LA
SUPERFICIE. EL NO CUMPLIR CON ESTA MEDIDA, PUEDE RESULTAR EN UNA LESIÓN PERSONAL.
AVISO: Si su almohadilla térmica o envoltura térmica tiene una función para masajes, no utilice la terapía térmica de
calor húmedo para evitar ocasionar daños a los masajeadores.

1. Desconecte la almohadilla del tomacorriente. NO TIRE DEL CABLE.
2. Desconecte el cable del controlador de la almohadilla sosteniendo el conector lateral de la almohadilla con una
mano y halando firmemente del conector lateral del cable con la otra mano.
3. Lave la almohadilla en la lavadora con agua fría y en ciclo delicado o lávela a mano. Séquela en ciclo delicado y
retírela rápidamente de la secadora o cuélguela para secar.

para tratar el dolor y acelerar la cicatrización del tejido cuando se utiliza como parte de su régimen de alivio. El
tratamiento térmico ayuda a relajar los músculos tensos, a aliviar la rigidez, a facilitar el estiramiento y a aliviar el
dolor muscular y articular común asociado a la tensión muscular y al estrés.
El tiempo de tratamiento sugerido para la aplicación del calor es de 20 a 30 minutos, hasta tres veces al día, para

CÓMO USAR SU ALMOHADILLA O ENVOLTURA ELÉCTRICA
1. Asegúrese de que el Conector de Cable esté firmemente conectado al Conector de la almohadilla (Figura 2).
Presione ambas partes juntas para un ajuste apretado.

FUNCIONES DEL CONTROL
FUNCIÓN DE APAGADO AUTOMÁTICO:
La función de apagado automático está diseñada para su comodidad y para ahorrar energía al apagarse
automáticamente después de 2 horas de uso continuo. Reinicie la unidad encendiendo y seleccionando el ajuste de
calor deseado.
Para XpressHeat
®
, la función “Auto-Off” (apagado automático) es seleccionable. Al presionar el botón “Mode”/”Auto-Off”
(modo/apagado automático) (Figura 1, Letra C), podrá configurar el temporizador a “Stay On” (mantenerse encendido)
continuamente o a “2 hour Auto-Off” (2 horas de apagado automático) para apagar la almohadilla. El indicador de Auto-
Off (Figura 1, Letra D) se iluminará para mostrar el modo seleccionado.
NOTA: Después de ocurrir una interrupción de energía, la función de apagado automático reinicia automáticamente
el cronómetro.

La almohadilla de Sunbeam

tiene la tecnología XpressHeat
®
. La tecnología permite sentir una agradable sensación
térmica en 30 segundos – para un alivio mucho más rápido! El aro de luz alrededor de los controles, llamado el
medidor de calor (Figura 1, Letra E), iluminará un lado a la vez, indicando el progreso mientras la almohadilla se
calienta. Los cuatro lados del medidor de calor se iluminarán en 30 segundos de haberse activado, indicando que la
almohadilla está caliente y lista para utilizarse.
USO DE TERAPIA DE CALOR HÚMEDO
Para un alivio de dolor profundo y penetrante, utilice la terapia térmica húmeda. Cuando utilice la terapia térmica
húmeda, debe proteger los muebles y la ropa de la humedad.
Humedezca ambos lados de la almohadilla o envoltura con agua, dándole ligeros golpes sobre la superficie con una
esponja o paño mojado, o utilice atomizador para aplicar un rocío fino. No remoje a fondo la almohadilla o envoltura.
PELIGRO: NO SUMERJA LA ALMOHADILLA EN AGUA NI LA COLOQUE DEBAJO AGUA CORRIENTE PARA HUMEDECER LA
SUPERFICIE. EL NO CUMPLIR CON ESTA MEDIDA, PUEDE RESULTAR EN UNA LESIÓN PERSONAL.
AVISO: Si su almohadilla térmica o envoltura térmica tiene una función para masajes, no utilice la terapía térmica de
calor húmedo para evitar ocasionar daños a los masajeadores.
