Notice: When first opening, please take off the cover (on the middle of keypad), then
take out the emergency key from the plastic bag. Insert the key into the lock hole, turn
the key, then turn the knob to open the door. After that, put (4) 1.5V batteries in the
battery box (on the back of the door), then leave the door open and take the key out.
Change or Set the personal code
Press the reset button, which is located on the left-side of back of the door.
The yellow light will be on, and then input any 3-8 digits you want, pressA or B to
confirm. You will hear two “beeps”, indicating that the new code has been
accepted and stored.
If the yellow light flashes and beeps three times, it means the new code is
invalid and you will need to try again.
To open the safe
Input your personal code. You will hear one beep and see the yellow light
flashing. Then press A or B to confirm, the green light will be on, rotate the
knob to open the door.
If the code you input is incorrect, you will hear 5 “beeps”.
If you input three incorrect codes, the keypad will be locked for 20s. You will not be
able to try again until those 20 seconds are up.
Close the safe
Close the door, and then turn the knob anti-clockwise. The control systems will
secure the safe and the door will be locked.
Emergency status
(1) If you forgot the code, use the emergency key to open the safe, and then press the
red button (on the left-side of back of door) to reset the code.
(2) If both the red light and green light are on, that is indicating that you should
change the batteries. Please test before you close the door.
Please keep the emergency keys out of the safe.
