level gives you microgroove energy a certain
l)ercent of the time. Power level/is
microgroove energy 70% of tile time.
Power level3 is energy 30% ot tile time.
Most cooking will be done on High (power
level 10)which gives you 100% powex:
Power level 10 will cook fi_ster but fi_od may
need more fl'equent stirring, rotating or
tm'ning ove_: A lower setting will cook more
evenly and need less stirring or rotating ot
