Reversing the Door Swing of Your Appliance
This refrigerator-freezer has the capability of the doors opening from either the left or right side. The
unit is delivered to you with the doors opening from the left side. Should you desire to reverse the
opening direction, please follow the steps below:
A) Door Assembly Removal.
To perform this process quickly and effectively it is advisable to lay the unit in a prone position on a sturdy flat
floor / surface.

Remove the top hinge plastic cover and set aside for future use.

Remove the plastic cover from the opposite side of the unit by removing the single Phillips head screws and
set aside for future use.

Remove the (3) three Phillips head screws that affix the top hinge to the unit.

Remove the top hinge, Lift and remove the freezer door from the unit, set aside on a sturdy flat surface to
avoid damage to the door.

Remove the (2) two Phillips head screws from the middle hinge and remove from the unit.

Remove the (2) two plastic screw covers from the opposite side of the unit and set aside for future use.

Lift and remove the refrigerator door from unit, set aside on a sturdy flat surface to avoid damage to the
door.

Remove the bottom door stop from the bottom of the door by removing the Phillips head screw and install in
the opposite side.

Remove the right leveling leg.

Remove the (3) three Phillips head screws that affix the bottom hinge to the unit and set the entire assembly
aside for future use.

Remove left leveling leg with washer and install on the opposite side using the hole used for the original
leveling leg.
Your can now proceed with the assembly reversal and installation process.
B) Door Assembly Reversal and Installation.

Installer may need to access the threaded screw hole under the protective plastic.

Using the same mounting screws, install the bottom hinge on the opposite side of the using the mounting
holes as shown.

Reinstall the leveling leg previously removed and install the door to the bottom hinge as shown.

Install the middle hinge by first installing to the bottom door and then inserting the (2) Phillips head screws.
Install the decorative plastic screw hole covers previously removed on the opposite side.

Install the freezer door to the middle hinge.

Using the same mounting screws install the top hinge to the unit

Replace the top hinge cover

Replace the plastic cover to the opposite side using the same Phillips head screw.
Installation is complete.
Your unit is now ready to be stood upright for a minimum of 2 hours prior to being plugged in.
