INSIDE OF OVEN
The oven has a specic “PYROLYSIS FUNCTION” which can clean the cavity by pulverising
the residual cooking greases by high temperature.
Do not wait for the oven to be very greasy before performing this cleaning.
It should not be performed after every cooking, either, but only when the level of dirt justies
it (on average 1 – 2 times a month depending on oven use).
To use this function see the specic chapters.
Take the baking/grill tray, shelves and grease lter (if tted) out of the oven. They can be
washed in the sink.
Manual cleaning of the oven:
The oven should always be cleaned after use when it has cooled down. Let the oven
cool down and pay special attention no to touch the hot heating elements inside
the oven cavity.
The cavity should be cleaned using a mild detergent solution and warm water.
Suitable proprietary chemical cleaners may be used after rst consulting with the
manufacturers recommendations and testing a small sample of the oven cavity.
Abrasive cleaning agents or scouring pads/cloths should not be used on the cavity
surface.
NOTE: The manufacturers of this appliance will accept no responsibility for damage
caused by chemical or abrasive cleaning.
