Setting Oven Controls
About Perfect Turkey TM
Heated air circulates around the turkey from all
sides, sealing injuices and flavors. Poultry cooked
with this feature are crispy brown on the outside
while staying moist on the inside.
Perfect turkey combines a cook cycle with the
convection fan. The probe is used to monitor the
exact internal temperature of the turkey while
cooking. Once the turkey has reached the set
temperature, the oven will stop cooking and
change to keep warm.
Before setting the perfect turkey feature, or if you
would like to change the probe target temperature,
be sure to carefully read and follow setting the
probe instructions -See steps 6-9, p. 29.
About Perfect Turkey TM
See the example below to use perfect turkey at the
default setting of 325°F and the probe at the default
setting of 180°F (82°C).

Insert the probe into the thickest part of the
meat and place the turkey in the oven -p. 28

Plug the probe into the probe receptacle inside
the upper oven.

Stuffed turkey requires additional roasting time. Shield legs and breast with foil to prevent overbrowning
and drying of the skin.
