The electrical socket should be close
to the wine conditioning unit and
easily accessible.
Risk of damage due to electrical
overload.
If the wine conditioning unit is elec-
trically overloaded, this can cause a
short circuit and therefore damage to
your appliance.
When you install appliances side by
side, each appliance must have its
own separate electrical socket.
Tip: Secure the power cable to prevent
it becoming caught: tie a piece of string
to the middle of the power cable and as
the wine conditioning unit is being
pushed into the niche, pull the cable
forward underneath the appliance.
Push the wine conditioning unit into
the building-in niche.
If the wine conditioning unit cannot
be pushed into the building-in niche
(because the floor is uneven, for ex-
ample), unscrew the rear feet slightly
(see “Aligning the wine conditioning
unit” in “Installation”) and slide the
appliance into the niche.
Remove the edge protection from
the adjacent furniture fronts.
Aligning the wine conditioning unit
The installation aids on the appli-
ance door provide assistance with the
alignment of the wine conditioning unit
in the building-in niche.
The installation aids are suitable for a
furniture front thickness of 19mm or
38mm.
Align the wine conditioning unit with
adjacent furniture fronts as described
below.
