Standard Connection Option
1. Connect the 90° elbow to the upper outlet tube.
Connect the shut-off valve to the other end
of the 90° elbow, using a straight length of
tubing cut to the desired length. Solder
connections.
2. Install the vertical tubing into the tubing
on the Hydronic Heater and solder.
3. Place the pressure-release valve onto the end
of the vertical tubing and solder. Solder 1/2
copper cap on the bypass line as shown.

Attach the Hydronic Heater to the Zoneline using
the 6 provided screws.

Apply seal material to all 4 sides of the underside of
the hydronic heater flanges.
Place the Hydronic Heater onto the Vertical Zoneline
by locating the four holes in its side flanges over
the four jack screws on the top of the Zoneline.

Apply gasket to outlet duct.
1. Turn all 4 jack screws counterclockwise until
the outlet duct is fully up.
2. Wrap the 31 foam gasket around the outlet duct
as shown. Ensure the gasket is in contact with
the top of the Zoneline housing.
3. Wrap the 36 wire tie around the gasket to secure
it to the outlet duct. Pull the wire tie until it sinks
about halfway into the gasket.
4. Turn all 4 jack screws clockwise to lower the outlet
duct completely. The gasket should compress on
the top of the Zoneline heater. Press down all
around the top of the gasket to ensure a good seal.

Connect the tubing.
There are two options: A Standard Connection or
B Bypass Connection.
Choose the appropriate connection option
(either A or B ) for your installation requirements.
