Instructions:

1. Remove fixture from box along with all accessories

2. When inserting lamps. be gentle and rotate the lamps with both hands from the ends.

These lamps are fragile!

3. Insert lamps into the fixture (Make sure on/off switches are in the off position)

5. Plug in the fixture to an outlet

6. Turn switch(s) to the on position

7. The fixture is now ready to be hung.

8. Attach the cable hangers and mount the fixture to the mounting point on the ceiling.

9. This unit has a daisy chain feature - up to three (3) fixtures per chain

Caution:

1. For indoor use only.

2. Commercial T5 is to be installed by licensed electrician only.

3. Before servicing the reflector. make sure the on/off switches are in the off position.

4. To prevent fire and electrocution. do not alter. modify. or disassemble the fixture.

5. When the product exhibits unusual behavior. such as flickering. dimming. or pulsing.

6. Do not cover the fixture in insulation or fabric materials.

7. Do not install the fixture on an unstable mount or surface.
