Keep Warm
Keepcooked food warm at a low temperature up to 3 hours.
1, Place the food and container or] a rack, and then close the door.
2, Pressthe Keep Warm button.
3, Pressthe START/SET button.The oven heats up to 170 °F(77 °C).
Youcan cancel warming at any time by pressingthe OFF/CLEARbutton.
Toset the warming function during atimed cooking, pressthe Keep Warm button in
timed cooking mode.When the timed cooking iscomplete, the gasoven will lower the
temperatureto the warming defauJt,and keepthat temperature untiJthe warming finishes
or is canceled.

Use this option only for baking on the Jewish Sabbath & Holidays. For more informatior

With the Sabbath option
The oven temperature can be set higheror lowerafter you havesetthis option.
The displaydoesn't change and no beep soundswhen you change the temperature.
Oncethe oven is properly set for baking with the Sabbathoption active,the oven will remain
continuously on until the Sabbathfeature is cancelled.Thiswill override the factory preset 12
hour energy savingfeature.
Ifthe oven light is needed during the Sabbath,pressOVEN LIGHTbeforeactivating the Sabbath
feature.Oncethe oven light is turned on and the Sabbathoption is active, the oven light will
remainon until the Sabbathoption isturned off.
Ifyou want the oven light off}be sureto turn it off beforeactivating the Sabbathfeature.
Do not usethe surfacecooktop when the Sabbathoption ison.
