UNPACKING THE WASHER
.ikWARNING: Re,;,le the,,,-t.n
and plastic bags after tile washer is unpacked. Make
materials inaccessible to chikh'en. Chikh'en might use
them fi)r play. Cartons covered Mth rugs, bedspreads
or plastic sheets can become airtight chambers
causing suffocation.
1. Grit and relllove tile top and bottom packaging straps.
2. X._]/ile it is in tile carton, careflflly lay tile washer on its
side. DO NOT lay tile washer on its ti'ont or back.
3. Tm'n down tile bom)m flaps--remove all base
packaging, including tile cardboard, styrofoam base
and SQTOt0am tub support (inserted in center of base).
Save tile stacking brackets located on tile st)Toti)am pad
that covered tile top of tile washe_:
NOTE: If you axe h_stallhag a pedestal, proceed to the
installation h_structiolls that come with the pedestal.
4. (_arefullv retm'n tile washer to an upright position and
i'ei//ove tile C}lI'ton,
5. CareflflE move tile washer to within 4 teet ( 122 cm) of
tile final location.
6. Remove tile fi)llowing fl'om tile back side of tile washer:
4 bolts
4 plastic space_ (including rubber grommets)
4 power cord retaine_
NOTE: Failm'e to remove tile shipping braces can cause
tile washer to become sexerelv tmbalanced.
Save all bolts for future use.
NOTE: If you must transport tile washer at a later date,
you must reinstall tile shipping support hardware to
prevent shipping damage. Keep tile hardware in tile
plastic bag provided.
