The Detergent Compartment
High effidency detergent is required
for this washer. Use the detergent
manufacturer's recommended amount.
Tile detergent selection insert must be placed
in tile detergent compartment ill a specific
position according to what t_pe of detergent

Powder Detergent- Place tile insert ill tile
real" position. Tile Powder Icons _ must
lille up on center when the insert is ill tile
powder position.
LiquidDetergent- Place tile insert ill the
forward position. Tile iJquid Icons C/"
must lille up on center when the insert is
in tile liquid position.
Move the insert b} pulling it up and replace
it bx sliding it down bet\_een either the rear
or front detergent compartment molded rails,
as desired, tbr powder or liquid detergent.
Add measured detergent to the front left
detergent compartment of tile dispenser

Detergent is flushed from tile
dispenser at tile beginning of tile
_Jsl/Qcle. Either powdered or liquid
detergent can be used.
Detergent usage may need to be a(!justed
ti)r water temperature, water hardness,
size and soil level of the load. Axoid using
too much detergent ill Your washer as it
can lead to oxersudsing" and detergent
residue being left on the clothes.
The LiquidBleach Compartment
If desired, measure out tile recommended
amount of liquid bleach, not to exceed
l/3 cup (80 ml) and pour into the
compartment lal)eled "[,I(5)UID BI,EACH"
marked with this s}mbol &.
Donot exceedthe maximumfill line. Overfillingcan
causeea@ dispensingof the bleachwhich couldresult
indamagedclothes.
NOTE:Donotusepowderedbleachin thedispenser
The Fabric Softener Compartment
If desired, pour the recommended amount of
liquid fitbric softener into tile coml)artment
labeled "FABRIC SOFTENER."
Else only liquid iabric softener in tile
dispenser.
Dilutewith waterto themaximumfill line.
Donotexceedthemaximumfill line.Overfillingcan
causeearlydispensingof thefabricsoftenerwhich
couldstainclothes.
