Warranty conditions
Warranty is not supplied in the packaging of the product.
The vendor provides the buyer with a product warranty of 24 months from the receipt of the product by the buyer. The
warranty is provided under following conditions. The warranty applies only to new consumer goods sold to the consumer for
normal home use. The buyer can apply his rights from liability for defects (claim), either at the vendor where the product was
purchased or at the authorized service below. The buyer is obliged to make a claim without delay to prevent the worsening
of the defect, but no later than at the end of the warranty period. The buyer is obliged to provide cooperation for the claim
necessary to verify the existence of a defect. Only complete and for the purposes of maintaining hygiene regulations a clean
product can be accepted for claim processing. In the case of a justified claim the warranty period is extended by a period from
the time the claim is made until return of the repaired product to a buyer or when the buyer after it was repaired is obliged
to take the product. The buyer is obliged to prove his right to complain (proof of purchase, warranty card, certificate of putting
into the product in operation).
The warranty does not extend to:
defects for which discount was granted;
wear and tear caused by normal use of the product;
product damage due to improper or incorrect installation, use of the product not in accordance with the instructions for
use, applicable laws and generally known and conventional methods of use, as a result of use of the product for any
purpose other than that for which it is intended;
product damage caused by neglected or improper maintenance;
product damage caused by dirt, accident and higher power (Natural disaster, fire, penetration of water);
product defects caused by incorrect quality of the signal, electromagnetic interference, etc., mechanical damage of the
product (e.g. breaking a button, fall, etc.);
damage caused by using unsuitable media, cartridges, consumables (battery) or unsuitable operating conditions (e.g. high
ambient temperatures, high humidity, vibrations);
damage, modification or other intervention in the product performed by a unauthorized person (service);
in cases, when the buyer cannot prove his rights (when and where he purchased the claimed product);
in cases, when the data in the provided documents differ from data provided on the product;
in cases where the claimed product cannot be identified with the product mentioned in the documents with which the
buyer proves his rights to claim (i.e. damaged serial number or warranty seal of the device, overwritten data in the
documents).
