WARRANTED PARTS:
Therepairor replacementofanywarrantedpart otherwiseeligibleforwarrantycoveragemaybeexcludedfromsuchwarrantycoverageif MTDConsumerGroup
Incdemonstratesthatthe outdoorequipmentenginehasbeenabused,neglected,orimproperlymaintained,and thatsuchabuse,neglect,or impropermainte-
nancewasthe directcauseof the needfor repairor replacementofthe part.Thatnotwithstanding,anyadjustmentofa componentthat hasafactoryinstalled,
andproperlyoperating,adjustmentlimitingdeviceisstilleligiblefor warrantycoverage.Further,the coverageunderthiswarrantyextendsonlyto partsthat were
presentonthe off-roadengineand equipmentpurchased.
