Solution
(Engine can’t start
or difficult to start
The switch is at ”OFF” position.
Turn the switch to “ON”.
Fuel lever is at ”OFF” position .
Turn the fuel lever to “ON”
Not enough fuel in the fuel tank.
Add enough unleaded fuel.
Not enough engine oil, which
causes the LOW oil alarm setting
interrupt.
Add engine oil, make sure itreaches at least
“L” on the oil level.
When starting, the high pressure
gun is at shut down status.
Pull the gun trigger, and then start the
engine.
Choke lever is not at right position.
1. When cold start(the first you use or
2. re-start after long storage), Turn the
choke lever to left “CHOKE” at the end
when warm start(he machines already works
for around 5 minutes or longer, then we w
ant to restart the engine), Turn the choke l
ever to middle or one tip between “middl
e” and “right at the end”.

Clean the caburetor
Spark Plug has carbon deposit
Clean the spark plug.

Spark plug misfiring
Check the spark plug gap using a feeler
gauge. The gap should be 0.7mm ≈ 0.8mm
Starting steps are not right.
Follow the right starting steps in the
starting guild.
The speed control rod is at right si
de(TORTOISE).
Turn the speed control rod to left “RABBIT”
at the end.
Use unclean fuel
Clean the fuel tank, then add clean unleade
d fuel.
Machine just starts
to work or work for
a little while, then
the machine stops.
Not enough engine oil, which cause

Interrupt.
Add engine oil, make sure itreaches at least
“L” on the oil level.
Fuel is running out.
Add enough clean unleaded fuel.
Impurity is mixed in the fuel, the fu

Filter element of air filter is blocked,
which cause air intake not
smoothly.
Clean the filter element.
Nozzle is blocked, machine is overlo

Use the needle provided to clean the
nozzle.

Turn the speed control rod to left “RABBIT”
at the end.

The machine is under moving or
leaning, the fuel alarm setting
interrupt.
Put the machine at flat ground;
When the machine is operating, better not
move it.
No pressure
Or Low pressure
Nozzle is not assembled on the
gun.
Assemble the nozzle on the gun.
The water inlet hose is bended,
causes the water inlet flow is low.
Straighten the water inlet hose.
Water inlet hose diameter is too
Small.
Use standard garden hose.
The water inlet filter is blocked,
cause the water inlet flow is low.
Clean the water inlet filter.
Some connection points leaks.
Shut down the machine and release the pre
ssure, re-connect the leaking points or repla
ce the O-rings provided.
There is air in the pump or in the
pressure hose.
Starts the machine, pull the gun trigger
around 1 min to bleed the air in pump or
hose.
The speed control rod is not at
high speed position .
Turn the speed control rod to left “RABBIT”
at the end.
relief valve on the booster pump
does not work.
Open the protective cover of the overflow
valve and tap the stem of the overflow
valve axially with wood.

Starts the machine, pull the gun trigger
around 1 min to bleed the air in pump or
hose.
After engine starts. the choke lever
is still at”CHOKE” position.
After the engine starts, turn the choke lever
to right “RUN” at the end.
The water comes ou
t of the gun is small
or scattering.
Nozzle is blocked.
Use the needle provided to clean the
nozzle.
