There is only one trim menu you would have to make other adjustments on the individual subs.
#2 Can I hook up a Bluetooth turntable to this instead of hard wire in the back of the receiver?
This will depend on the Turntable. The Denon AVR-S960H comes equipped with Bluetooth typically used to stream music from a smart phone or smart device. Hard wire is preferred when possible.
#3 Could the rear surround speakers be wireless while the rest are wired, or do they have to be wired also?
Yes and no, you can use wireless that has a transmitter that plugs into speaker outputs but not without transmitter that plugs in to receiver
#4 Will this receiver output to wired speakers and bluetooth headset simultaneously?
