Accessories
In the combi mode, food is also cooked with microwaves which shortens the
cooking time. Unlike CombiCrunch, the microwave power level can be set indi-
vidually.
Uses
▪ Fast browning and gratinating, e.g. for baked potatoes or vegetables
Use a fork to prick the skin or peel of foods such as potatoes, toma-
toes, sausages, shellfish or similar.
Otherwise, the steam that is produced will be unable to escape and
may cause the food to explode.
