Engaging the Parking Brake
Toengagethe parkingbrake:
1. Fullydepressthe brakepedaland hold it downwith
yourfootwhilegentlypushingtheparkingbrake
buttoninward.
2. Holdthe parkingbrakebuttonin while removingyour
footfrom thebrakepedal

Setting the Cutting Height
1. Sebct the heightpositionof the cuttingdeck by placing
the deck lift leverin anyof thesixdifferentcutting
heightnotcheson the right sideof the fender.
2. Adiustthe deck wheelsso that they are between
_4=inchand_/2=inchabovetheground whenthetractor
is ona smooth,flat surfacesuch as a driveway',
WARNING: Keep hands and feet
away from the discharge opening
of the cutting deck.
