Before Setting Oven Controls
Oven Vent Location
The oven vent is located below the backguard. When the oven ison,
warm air is released through this vent. This venting is necessary for
proper air circulation in the even and good baking results. DO NOT
BLOCK THE OVEN VENT.
Arranging Oven Racks
ALWAYS ARRANGE OVEN RACKS WHEN THE OVEN /S COOL
(PR/OR TO OPERAT/NG THE OVEN). Always use oven mitts when
using the even.
Removing & Replacing Oven Racks
To remove, pull the rack forward until itsteps. Lift up front of rack and
slide out. To replace, fit the rack onto the guides on the oven walls. Tilt
the front of the rack upward and slide the rack back intoplace.
Arranging Oven Racks with 6 Rack Positions
To bake on a single rack, place the rack on position 3 or 4. To bake on
2 racks, place the racks on positions 3 and 5.

Cookies, cakes, pies, biscuits & muffins 3 or 4

casseroles, small cuts of meat or poultry
Turkey, roast or ham 6
Note: Always use caution when removing food fl'om the lower rack
positions.
Setting Clock & Minute Timer
To Set the Clock
When the range isfirst plugged in, or when the power supply to the range has been interrupted, "12:00" will flash in the display
window.

2. Push in and hold A or v until the correct time appears in the display. A Advances time, v reverses time.
