Return the product in its original packaging along with the original cash receipt
postmarked within 60 days of purchase to receive a pre-paid card in the
amount of purchase. Terms of prepaid card apply.
Your Oral-B toothbrush must be returned in its original packaging and be
postmarked no later than 60 days after the date of purchase. Please allow 6-8
weeks for handling. In the U.S., the shipment return costs of the product is the
responsibility of the consumer. Sorry: No refunds will be made for any Oral-B
product damaged by accident, neglect, unreasonable use or lost in the post.

1. Launch Oral-B
App.
2. Activate Bluetooth on
smartphone (described in
its user manual).
3. Activate Bluetooth by
simultaneously pressing on/off
(3) and mode button (4) for
2 seconds until Bluetooth
indicator (7) turns on.
4. Pair handle and smartphone
again via App settings.
Keep your smartphone in
close proximity when using it
with handle.
5. Your smartphone must support
Bluetooth 4.0
(or higher)/Bluetooth Smart in
order to pair handle. Check
App Store
SM
or Google Play
for compatible smartphones.
6. Bluetooth is deactivated while
handle is placed on plugged-in
charger.
7. Download latest Oral-B
App.
Reset to factory
settings.
