The product won’t work
even if I pressed the
Power button.
Is the power plug properly and completely plugged
into an outlet?
Has there been a power outage?
Is the product properly assembled?
Did you press the ON/OFF button?
Insert the power plug in a power outlet of 120V-60Hz.
Use the product after you connect to an electrical source.
Assemble the product properly.
Press the ON/OFF button.
The air volume won’t
change.
Is the product in the MANUAL mode?
Is the product in the SLEEP Mode?
Change to the operation mode you wish to use.
The minimum air volume is set to SLEEP Mode.
Air purification does not
work properly
Is the internal pollution level severe?
Is the room too large?
Is there any obstacle around the product?
Is the product installed where wind cannot move
freely?
Has the period for filter cleaning and replacement
elapsed?
Ventilate the room, then use the product.
Use a product that suits the area of use.
(Avoid placing near an area with high air circulation such as a
door or window)
Remove all obstacles.
Install the product elsewhere.
Check the filter cleaning and replacement cycle. Clean or
replace the filter if needed.
There is an odor
coming from the air
vent.
Did you smell this odor after purchasing the
product?
Is the product used in a place with much smoke
and/or odor?
Has the period for filter cleaning and replacement
elapsed?
The odor is from the activated carbon. It will disappear one to
two weeks after using the product. The scent of activated
carbon (charcoal) is harmless.
The air purification performance may decrease in areas with
much smoke or smell.
Ventilate the room before using the product.
Check the filter cleaning and replacement cycle. Clean or
replace the filters if needed.
The air quality indicator
color does not change.
Is there dust on the Lens of the Dust Sensor?
Does the dust pollution level stay the same?
Clean the lens of the Dust Sensor.
When other functional
defects occur
Check the nature of the problem, pull out the
power plug and request for service.
