Triple Zone Dement with Power
Boost TM Option
The cookhg surface has one tripHeeHementwith Power BoostTM

Power Boost TM Option
when the dud or tripHedements are used, the Power BoostrM
option can be seHected=This setting offers higher speed
cooking that can be used to quickHy bring water to a boiHand
for large-quantity cooking.

The FHex-ChoiceTM eHemenstare fuHHy OFF
functioning eHementsthat provide an ,dlelt High
ultra low Melt heat setting for melting
chocolate and butter. They are located
in the [eft and right rear positions.

2 and OFF. Heat settings outside of this

area function as a normal dement, with
2 (Lowl) to High settings.
Note: When using the normal settings for preparing foods,
it may take a few minutes for the cooking area to coo[ to
the Merit heat setting.
Warming Center
Use the Warming Center to keep hot cooked foods warm, such
as vegetabHes,gravies and oven-safe dinner pHates=
Setting the Control: OFF
1= Push in and turn the knob. Warming
temperatures are approximate and Ma×
are indicated on the control as Min,
2-8 and Max. However, the control Min 8
can be set to any position between
Min and Max.

and remove food. The Hot Surface indicator

° Never warm food for longer than one hour (eggs for 30
minutesl), as food quaHitymay deteriorate.
° Do not heat coHdfood on the Warming Center.
° Heat settings wiHHvary depending on type and amount
of food. AHwayshoHdfood at proper food temperatures.
USDA recommends food temperatures between
140°-170 ° F.
