Fault Cause and troubleshooting
The programme does
not start.
2. Remove any trapped laundry.

The detergent drawer has not been pushed in as far
as it can go.
▶ Push the detergent drawer in as far as it will go.
The pump for the intelligent dosing system is blocked.
1. Switch off the appliance.
